Lions Club to host raffle to support programs

With the cancellation of the annual Rice Festival for this year because of COVID-19, the Bay City Lions Club is conducting a raffle to help raise money for the programs its supports.

“We spend it back in the community with our proceeds,” long-time Lions Club member and raffle chairman Doc Campbell said. “This year, because we don’t have the Rice Festival, we’re going to have a raffle to start with.”
