Bay City hoping to celebrate a homecoming victory Friday

Posted: Wednesday, October 3, 2012 8:20 am

While school alumni will be celebrating Homecoming 2012 Friday night, Bay City Head Coach Dan Burk’s Blackcats are more interested in celebrating a win after Friday night’s game with the Columbia Roughnecks is over.

Bay City is coming off its finest offensive performance of the season with 34 points in last week’s loss to Brazosport. They enter the game with an 0-4 season record. Columbus is 2-3 on the season but is coming off a loss and has lost two of their last three games. The game kicks off at 7:30 p.m.
